Fresh Express at Liberty Cottages

The Tioga/Bradford Housing Authority has expanded it’s Fresh Express program through the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank to include Liberty Cottages – an 11-apartment complex in Liberty, Pa. The Central Pa. Food Bank is a wonderful organization with two locations in Harrisburg and Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and TBHRA is proud to offer their programs  in 5 of our buildings through the Fresh Express and Elder Share programs!
