Annual Plan Public Hearings

Public hearings will be held to review the proposed Annual Plan and Five-Year Capital Repair Plan Update before being submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. 

Tioga County’s Public Hearing will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 10:00am. 
Bradford County’s Public Hearing will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 11:00am.
