A Fresh New Look for Power Pack!
The Tioga/Bradford Housing Authority has been awarded a Foster Summer Youth Program Grant from the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank. This grant will allow the Service Coordinator program to continue to provide the Power Pack Backpack program throughout the summer months. Pictured above, the most recent Power Pack delivery included fresh apples and celery, raisins and peanut butter, and a recipe for simple and healthy Ants on a Log. Through its collaboration with the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, the Tioga/Bradford Housing Authority has been able to continuously serve school-aged children in Canton, Blossburg, Lawrenceville, Nelson, Elkland and Westfield since they first started the Power Pack program in 2012.
