Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Grant Awarded by HUD

Today, HUD representatives traveled to Wellsboro, PA, to meet with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (PA DCED), Tioga County elected officials and community leaders to hear the needs of the community and share best practices learned from City Engagement tours throughout Eastern, PA.
