Tenant Celebrates 90th Birthday
Dottie Mosher, of Pinnacle Towers in Wellsboro, celebrated her 90th birthday on August 1, 2014. Over 100 friends and family members attended her party and helped Dottie make this milestone one to remember. Dottie stated, “It was like a dream! I will never forget it!” She added that she received over 80 cards and was thankful that so many people cared about her and helped to make this event truly special.
