Tioga Co. Home Program & Bradford Co. Housing Rehab Program Open!

TIOGA COUNTY
The Tioga County Commissioners have been awarded a grant through Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) under Federal Fiscal Year 2016 HOME Program funds for $150,000 to once again facilitate the Tioga County Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. Under the Housing Rehabilitation Program, applicants who meet the eligibility criteria may receive a grant to correct major code deficiencies, lead-based paint and/or radon hazards, and to improve energy efficiency. One hundred percent of HOME funds will be used to benefit low or very low income populations. Applications are available , please see our Housing Programs tab- Housing Program List or by calling 570-638-2151. Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. 

BRADFORD COUNTY
The Bradford County Commissioners have been awarded a grant through the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) for $150,000 to once again facilitate the Bradford County Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. Under the Housing Rehabilitation Program, applicants who meet the eligibility criteria may receive a grant to correct major code deficiencies, lead-based paint and/or radon hazards, and to improve energy efficiency. One hundred percent of these funds will be used to benefit low or very low income populations.
