Tioga County Survey Winner!

Tenants residing in Tioga County were recently sent surveys inquiring how COVID-19 has affected them. As a bonus for participating, any resident who returned a survey was entered into a drawing for a prize. Pat Islek of Riverside Park in Blossburg was the lucky winner of a “COVID Killer” basket of cleaning supplies. Building Manager, Lisa Drake, was on hand to deliver the basket.
